Dispatcher / Transportation Specialist

Zodiak Transportation Logistics & Solutions is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service representative. Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to empathize and engage with customers.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
    Proficient computer skills and familiarity with customer service software and systems.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude when dealing with customer inquiries or concerns.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and customer record management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive work culture.
