Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule vehicle pickups and deliveries, optimizing routes and ensuring timely transportation.

• Address any issues or delays promptly, implementing appropriate solutions to minimize disruptions.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in logistics or transportation is a plus.
• Previous experience as a dispatcher or in a transportation-related role is preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in using transportation management systems or software for tracking and monitoring purposes.
